About Us What is Shibari? The history of it is quite messy and complicated. We are not historians and just want to enjoy the fruits of this wonderful form of expression/art/hobby. It all started in a small studio that we shared with artists and after a few meetups we started to grow. We realized that Vienna has a need for a safe space for young people to tie. We moved to a bigger space since then and are trying to make this a cosier and regular thing. We are all employed and some of our crew are also studying next to it and this doesn’t leave us with endless time for our loved hobby. But we are trying to make the best out of it and are grateful to have this lovely space and so many lovely members coming as well. FAQs Do I need to bring rope? No. We provide rope for everyone who doesn’t have their own yet. You are also welcome to buy your own from us, we are providing some at the venue for you to check out. We sell rope from 10€ (untreated) to 15€ (treated). How much does it cost? As a club we offer memberships .  Members also get discounts on workshops and your own exclusive roperebels bag.  Furthermore you have the opportunity to join club meetings to give your input to the group and be involved in the decisions concerning our jams.
