FAQs
Do I need to bring rope?
No. We provide rope for everyone who doesn’t have their own yet. You are also welcome to buy your own from us, we are providing some at the venue for you to check out. We sell rope from 10€ (untreated) to 15€ (treated).How much does it cost?
As a club we offer memberships. Members also get discounts on workshops and your own exclusive roperebels bag. Furthermore
you have the opportunity to join club meetings to give your input to the group
and be involved in the decisions concerning our jams.
Non-Members pay as you wish - we recommend 10€ per jam (to pay our bills for rent, equipment, etc.)
Do you also organize workshops?
Yes. Every last thursday of the month is our workshop. The topic is always a bit different, refer to our telegram group or our calendar for more infos.
The basic infos:
- incoming 18:45, beginn 19:00 sharp
- please come as a couple or find someone in our group who’d like to join you
- we are offering 25€ per rigger. (15€ members).
- if your partner is a model then they will pay 15€ (10€ members) for the workshop, if your partner is switching then the same pricing system as above is applying.
- special workshops can have different prices.
Do I need to bring someone?
Yes and no. You are welcome to come on your own during ropejams and just connect with others there. Many of our members come alone.For the workshop it's good to already have a partner, but please feel free to ask around in our telegram group or approach us to help you find someone.

I am a complete beginner, what can I expect?
We recommend you to begin with the Single Rope Mixer Workshop @Schwelle Wien if you are a total beginner. But every of our jams starts with a short demonstration for which you won’t need any skills at all. Feel free to come and explore! If you’re hooked you can deepen your knowledge in our workshops.
What about safety and consent?

What about the Pandemic?
We will always act due to the current laws and regulations to ensure everyone's safety.I am worried about the pictures.
